Students can complete our 1,000-hour cosmetology program in as little as 34 weeks! How long it takes depends on your schedule You can talk to an admissions representative for a more accurate completion date. The state requires at least 1,000 hours to complete the program, however, we do offer an optional 4-week advanced training for students as part of our 1,500 hour cosmetology program. An additional kit is required.
Yes! Adrian’s College is proud to offer financial aid to those who qualify. You can contact our financial aid team to learn more about all of your financial aid options. We strongly recommend all prospective beauty school students fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) to start the financial aid process. When submitting your FAFSA, include the school code #007187. Adrian’s Beauty College of Tracy is a branch of North Adrian’s College of Beauty and uses the same code for financial aid purposes.
Absolutely. While we cannot guarantee job placement for any students, our network of salons and industry connections often inform us of potential job opportunities in the area, and we can pass that information on to students. We also assist our students with coaching on professionalism, help writing resumes, preparing for interviews, or tips on how to look for a job.

Our kits are designed to give you everything you need to start exploring a career as a cosmetologist. Students can buy the kit and books through Adrian’s College or purchase them on their own.
A kit list is provided before enrollment. Students must have all the items, or they cannot start class. Before beginning class, students are asked to submit a checklist to confirm they have all necessary kit items and books.
Both programs cover the same material and offer comprehensive hair, nail, and skin care training. However, the 1,500-hour program provides additional time to refine your skills working with clients in our student salon under the guidance of licensed professionals. It also offers time to cover more advanced cosmetology techniques.
