 CONSUMER DISCLOSURES

The Institutions of North Adrian’s Beauty College, Inc., Adrian’s Beauty College of Tracy (an approved branch campus of North Adrian’s) and Adrian’s Beauty College of Turlock are pleased to provide the following information as Institutions that participate in the Federal student assistance programs authorized by Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, related to Title IV-eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation. Final regulations regarding Gainful Employment were published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2010.  Those regulations require that, effective July 1, 2011, institutions provide certain disclosures about each of their gainful employment programs to students and prospective students.
 
The following are the required Consumer Disclosures for the Cosmetology GE Program:
 
1. Occupations (by name, NET-SOC code with Link to occupational profiles on O*NET* or CIP code) that the Cosmetology program prepares students to enter are:

North Adrian's Beauty College: For the percentage rate for students who completed within  normal time is 59%.

Adrian’s Beauty College of Turlock: For the percentage rate for students who completed within normal time is 56%.
 
4. The job placement percentage rate for students completing the Cosmetology program at:
      North Adrian's Beauty College is 90%.
     
      Adrian’s Beauty College of Turlock is 80%.

5. The median loan incurred by students (at all institutions) who complete the Cosmetology program in the award year 2009/2010 who have a:

          Title IV loan debt: $9,500 (Amount borrowed)
          Private educational loan debt: $0 (Amount borrowed)

          Institutional finance plans: $0 (Amount owed)

Official Cohort Default Rates for Adrian's Beauty Schools Note: A cohort default rate is the percentage of a school's borrowers who enter repayment on certain Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program or William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program loans during a particular federal fiscal year (FY), October 1 to September 30, and default or meet other specified conditions prior to the end of the next fiscal year.

The combined official 2009 Cohort Default Rate for the Adrian's Beauty Schools Modesto and Tracy is 13.5%.
